I'm using these kind of x86_64 processors:

Personal computers:
Samsung N145Plus - Intel Atom N455 (The most used for both work and TMW, hot and slow as death)
Acer Extensa 5220 - Intel Celeron (It helped me out on getting graduated, used rarely for development or testing distros)
Built by myself gaming computer - Intel i5 3470 - Has spectre backdoor. Used for other games, compiling or virtualizing

Special purposes:
Personally built NAS with OpenMediaVault - Intel Black Celeron (underclocked from 3.1 to 0.8GHz) keeps my data safe in a NAS 4TB HDDs in RAID 0 and accompanies old disks to death by P2P

From trash:
Custom made - Intel Core Duo. It works but I don't know what to do with it.

All kinds of things, ranging from Athlon FX to some ARM and MIPS. Though it depends on definition of computer. I vaguely define computer as something that runs Linux and therefore able to execute POSIX compatible programs for me... though running TMW could imply a bit more assumptions.

Um, no. But I guess it's doable. Hardest challenge is finding inexpensive and widespread MIPS system that got more or less viable graphics subsystem or pci-e lanes while boasting more or less sane RAM size.
