Impossible to equip the Beheader in TMW classic

When I switch outfit from assassin to Beheader, it doesn't equip the Beheader. If then I remove all equipments, equipping the Beheader remains impossible.

Do you have a bow in inventory? Because I can equip it just fine.

No bow in the my inventory. But my base INT is higher than 1.

To avoid player frustration, I recommend to make the Beheader set the INT to 0 like the Dark Helm and Underworld Mask.

Actually, the reason why int must be low to start with is to inhibit magic casting before equipping the Beheader, but there should at least be a message showing why. Was there no message at all?
