Request for UNBAN lilly

please hear my humble request to unban my lilly.
I think I joined 2008. And got banned like ages ago (2014) for doing stupid things. I am sorry for that. Now I am way older. Em wiser.
I always liked the game.

I've investigated this case a bit (as well as helping to remeber login details, its been 10 years since ban!) and after investigation I detected its their 1st ban on AFK botting. So level reset can be granted.

UPD: I've unbanned account and performed level reset.
