Tester opportunities [v0.0.7]

If you have some free time I built a new test build to test Artis and the sailing feature. To test the latter you can go to the port and warp yourself within the ship to sail within the overworld map: https://tmw2.org/som/download/dev/

Still some stuff to fix in artis, like toams's feedback, but it's quite stable and fun to play.

0.0.7 is available for testing here.

This release comes with an upgrade to Godot 4.3 and testers especially on Linux and MacOS would be useful to test these builds.
