Hello joins as TMW Developer

Post by Bjørn »

It's my pleasure to announce Hello is now recognized for his role as developer on The Mana World!

In addition to his existing role as Game Master, Hello has shown persistent dedication towards improving The Mana World in various aspects, mostly researching possible content additions of which some have already been added to the game (for example, big slimes that split into smaller ones when killed and dynamic portals that can be controlled by GMs). He's not afraid to patch up tmwAthena when necessary either!

As developer, Hello now has commit access to the various The Mana World git repositories and was added to the Developer group on the forums.

Thank you for your efforts Hello, we're looking forward to see what you will add to The Mana World next! :alt-3:

Thank you. I hope it would make my life a bit easier now. I wouldn't deny - seems I got quite addicted to TMW development and in last ~ year did plenty of commits. After situation at previous spring I've finally acquired some skills and knowledge (TBH I should've done it years ago) - seems I can do some things now, more or less understanding how "full stack" interacts.

Now seems I should stand for my badge and do something players would like. In fact I do have some idea of quest - and know how to implement 90% of it, so I think there would be some a bit unusual quest, probably, repeatable/weekly :)
