I like it except for the sleeves. They are hard to implement in a way they look good. We'd need some kind of polygonal graphics/physics engine, which we don't have and probably won't have, to make it look non-choppy. So I would prefer tight and/or short sleeves.

Also note that the general light direction in the mana world is from up left and not from directly up.
