But you should improve "how the wall tiles connect with the ground".

thats true. I also added grass tiles and transition to grass. It looks now a little bit "alive", I tkink it could break gray monolith.

I think the map is great but my eyes say "something is wrong" in a second thought may be is lack of shadows, just my humble opinion.

Consider that it's still 0.1.6 - to usable version is quite far way. *at least to 0.5.0 <- that will be first ingame use of those tiles.

there are many things to do:
- shadows,
- colour variations
- "tile breakers"
- contrast fitting

Notice that environment will be more colourful - some grass, some trees, other building, roofs in different colour. Ground tiles colour variations will help too.

I'm presenting actual state of my work, and I'm open for any comments, hints, new ideas.

If is an arena what about iron spikes coming out of the walls ? they could inflict damage if you are too close
