I think it would be nice if you made an advertisement forum for guild websites. Also, a tester group would be nice.

I think the Player Talk forum is perfect for telling people about your guild.

What exactly do you mean with "tester group"?

Everyone who plays tmw is a voluntary alpha tester. Those who want to check out a version that is even more current than the official updates are free to download the most recent developer snapshot of the current client, new client and new server from our public svn repository, compile it, test it, and tell us their experience.

Guilds are players issue, so Player Tak forum is ok for these announcements.
