I believe a revision of the desert's and the starting town's tilesets/maps is badly needed.

I really like the improvements you made, but I'll take your road as a variation of the current one (which still need improvements) more than a substitute.

Still I don't know about the palmtree, of course the new one looks a lot better, but I guess Modanung didn't commit it because of some mapping problems, possibly regarding walability issues, so I'd like to hear from him first.

worst case scenario i'll just have to make my own (probably not as good however :( )

(yea not as good, might be better if I start from scratch)

This zone(or map) would benefit from the variety (sorry for posting so many pics)

BTW, I can't find the link to the tilesets anymore :evil:

Len, I really like your additions to the desert tileset. Can you add the new tiles you created to the desert2 tilesets and post it?

having a hard time finding the web page with the tilesets(I did have them bookmarked) for some reason, and I have not tested these in the map editor yet (some might need to be edited slightly)

I really like the resized version of Modanung's palm :)

@Frode:
If you read this, I still love you and hope you will finish your palm :)

It works fine.. I didn't add Modanung's palm yet because everyone still seems to be confused about it.
I still need to make a few more things

Who is confused about the palm? If no one of graphics people objects you should put it in.

Regards.
