I'm going to do one last update based on the feed back I get then post some notes and the finished tileset..

Len, the footsteps could be improved? Please try not to just make the shape of the foot in a single color, add some shading. Remember that the print has some depression on the start and end while the middle barely touches the soil, like this:

If you zoom in it looks great, but at this scale its hard to make out that much of a difference...still its an improvement

I'm going to take a break from creating new content for TMW, for a week or two. Heres the tilesets, feel free to improve/add upon it. same goes for the woodland/forest http://forums.themanaworld.org/viewtopic.php?t=2962

I removed some obsolete and redunant tiles from the desert2 tileset and put the new palms in a new tileset desert_x5 so that the old desert_x3 really stays an _x3 tileset (_x3 means 3 tiles high). I colored the old palm tree purple to mark it as an obsolete tile that must be removed from all maps and can be replaced in the tileset when the space is needed for something else.

I'll post an add in the job development forum. Maybe we find some new mapper that wants to take care of this. When we don't find anyone with enough competence I'll do it myself.
