The first one is when you talk to Aidan (the guy who signs you up for quests) if you click on information the last sentance he sais "So whaddya say, sign up wont u?" instead of "you"
And when you get Pink Antennae in the description it sais its a antennae from Violets (had the same problem on the wiki but i fixed that)
