A few comments, first you should check out the other posts for items, see how they put them on the people (check out the kilt topic it's a really good example of what they'll need.) Secondly, on the horned one, on the side views the horns only go up to the top of the helmet while the other views show it going above the helmet.

The horns in the sideview still look strange. The outline is extremely blurred. What did you do with it?

Yes, you can use a larger framesize when you want to. You just have to modify the .xml file that defines the animation to use a larger frame size.

I recommend you:
* Give more texture to the red thing on top
* Fix the light source to southwest
* The pole on top it doesn't match front view with sideways view (it seems to be wider from the side)
* Same thing with the lines on the side, they are wider from back view and thinner from sideways
Last one, please don't use "ultimate" in the name

Seeing minor issues:
1) Dark outlines (green helmet / hat / whatever example). This just makes the piece not fit the world.
2) There is something about the shine on the metal surfaces which does not fit in my opinion. Sorry for not being able to be more specific. You do not have to agree with me on this one and perhaps someone else can pinpoint the issue or convince me otherwise. Matters of perception are really delicate. Pixel graphics only emphasize this aspect.
3) It's going to be living hell to animate the fluffy tail and make on the centurion helmet design.
Welcome aboard.
