Weird TMWserv thing

When I logon i'm in this map:

I can't get up (to the normal start area)
And there aren't any monsters?!

First, how can I create NPCs (I think the example file isn't documentated enough)
Second, how do I define a monster (example?)

I SVNned the whole server-data/trunk and put them in my server directory. Now I can see an NPC, but I cannot talk to it, and there are still no monsters.

The server-data repo is for eAthena, not for tmwserv.

The project files are outdated most of the time. Just remove all missing sourcecode files from the project and add all files in the folder /src and its subfolders and it should work.

If you want more content - there isn't any.
Nobody ported the pseudo content to the new server yet. There is no reason to do it.

the new_1-1.tmx from the 0.1 client should contain some example NPCs and monsters.
