what about a timed limitation?
when the boass is killed they have a time to loot. then they are sent out and only can enter again in 1 or 2 hours...

when the boss is killed, set a variable to 1 and starts a addtimer command. when the time ends, change this variable back to 0.

the warp npc check the variable, if it is 1, he wil not warp, if it is 0 (or none), send the user to boss map...

if someone stay on the map for 15 minutes or more, he is sent out and the variable is set to 1 too, to kick looters....

I don't think so. I said we decided against the boss room concept because we wanted people to fight the boss monster together. When you are warped to a boss room you can't decide who you want to take with you.

His posting doesn't address this problem at all.

so,

the people that just sat there for hours on end only to ruin someone elses time are just pains that can't be dealt with in any usual way?

they were like viruses, and viruses CAN be stopped

i think a good thing to do would be mabye make a friend type connection(kinda like a hook-up so to tell if the friend was on n stuff) so the next time you lot can make a "boss map" but the client side players can take friends along for the run to!
Question:

Imagine a square room, with a compas on a table in the senter of the room.
If one person looks from the east towards the table to see an apple, and the other looks from the south to see two, who is right?
