Game Client Crash

Post by Holy »

My game client keeps on crashing. I don't know if this is a bug or something but it's weird. It just crashes as different/random times. I get on for a couple of minutes and... BAM, it just disappears. Anyone want to help me, please? Not sure if this makes a difference but my opengl thing is set off (0) because with it on it was messing up the graphics. What is the GL thing?

I'm very sorry. I think I've found something in the bug track that is like mine.

It's something like this. I don't really get what the guy who is trying to help the kid who submitted the bug is trying to say. Could someone help me out. I'm also not sure exactly how to check all the hardware information that may be needed to find the cause of the crash. Please help me.

Next time the game crashes for you, post the log file to the bug tracker.

You can find the logfile your user directorys subdirectory ".tmw". It is hidden on unix-based operating systems. The position of your user directory is operating-system dependent.

[22:54:28.59] Loaded C:\Documents and Settings\mike\/.tmw/updates/hairstyles-3820.zip/graphics/sprites/hairstyle0.xml
It seems like you are still using 0.0.23. Please install the new version 0.0.24.

In case you can't or don't want to update you can very likely fix the problem by getting one of the other hairstyle*.xml files from the hairstyle-compat.zip update, renaming it to hairstyle0.xml and putting it into the folder TheManaWorld/data/graphics/sprites.
