Clef is also in charge of tileset development at the minute, I suggest you contact him (PM him through the forum, or I can give you his MSN address if you'd rather do it that way). He said he was looking for some help, and he will need to collaborate with any new tile artists to explain how the tile making works.
The Mana World System Coordinator.

So what does the systems coordinator actually do? My job is to take your ideas for TMW and build them into working aspects of gameplay that can be implemented by the artists and programmers. If there's anything you think we can do better or differently, let me know.

Interesting. I like the creativity you're showing (particularly in some of the weaponry).

One thing I would caution is simply to remember that NPCs and the like are going to need to be based off the character model. I know that throws things into a bit of stasis since I haven't put out full models yet, but I'm working on it.

Going to be a little while; my classes are once again trying to consume my soul. I'll post my new stuff in the graphics development forum whenever I finish something, though.

For the weapons: some of them look like they're unwieldable and could cause more damage to the wielder than to the opponent..

Why that? I think the player should be used only as a reference for dimensions...

Hmm I think it would be good to use the general human model and the clothing system for NPCs as well (at least the human ones), to be able to create a good variation.
