Because he keeps stealing other people's ores, I want to report 'Bloklint' as a thief. Many people were witnesses.

I think it is quite not possible. The best RPG roles (for the most skilled players) are:
- An idiot.
- A thief.
- A murderer.

I think we are going to have some punishments for being a thief or a murderer (or an idiot...), but rather in game than the server config file.
