Don't be afraid to draw things on a bigger scale. They're going to get pared down during spriting, but go ahead and draw big (and proportional, since knives and swords aren't the same size) for concept art.

Well, it's concept art to an extend. I draw in that size because I planned to give color with gimp and enhance the borders, so even with a bigger and more detailed draw most of the details would be lost.
Also that's why they're unproportionated.

The files are 400-500 K average. I'm on ADSL, if someone is on dial-up and is having problems to view the images let me know and i will upload a lower resolution version.

Thank you.
My gear is a pencil, fingers, eraser and paper.
Pencil: Faber Castell Dessin, B
Eraser: Faber Castell 7081N
Paper: Guarro Studio

The technic is mostly just drawing with the pencil, a few details are added blurring with the finger or the eraser to add some bright (only a few things, like water or shines.

There are some issues with perspective and body proportions, but on the whole they look pretty cool.

I guess you mean in the buildings...I know, the problem is that half are done without "punto de fuga" (sorry, I don't know the english term) and half with it, I didn't care much.
