:idea: How about a post office? I think this is a good idea for the new server, we need to be able to deliver items to friends or other characters, no hassle just a idea.

I'd rather suggest to write a detailed concept on the wiki before writing a ticket on mantis. Mantis tickets should only be filed when it is clear what has to be done and how it should be done.

When I want to suggest something I start the article in my userspace and when it's finished I move it into the normal space and link it where appropriate.
