The only proof for malicious behavior I can see here is ignoring the "speak english" rule.

well yes , you are right about the translation , but you cant expect all the gms to speak spanish ,
how can they know you arent just inventing the translation to make fake proof?
also the etiquette rules are just recommendations , they arent like the 5 must-obey rules.

Drop/kill stealing is not against the game rules. And the speak English rule is definately NOT ignored.

I know kill-stealing isn't against the rules(now I do, at least), but let me confirm that what Shaili says is true. I speak Spanish pretty well compared to those 4th grade brats who are required to take the class... so, this is pretty much what the log says:

I think it's pretty clear that they are going back and forth and saying "I'm doing this to purposly cause them grief"... in other words, griefing. That's a bannable offense in my book, but I'm not a GM. I would recommend the ban for blatently disregarding the Enlgish 'rule' and for clearly intending to cause discomfort to another player.
