just throwing another idea out there.
i thought the huge boyish eyes of our current sprites looked silly and immature, so i made them slightly smaller and retuned the face to look more masculine and mature. i personally think it looks better ya'lls thoughts?

The change is negligable, at best. I compared them side by side and the only thing I see different is the size of the eyes. And that's when closely examining them.

exactly, my philosophy is the eyes make or break an image. you can look at the new one, huge boyish eys or look at the new one with resized eyes and see a completely new face. well i do anyway? am i alone in this view? meh it looks completely different to me.

That's a minor revision, which can be done at any point.
You have been necroing good topics lately.
How about making people concentrate on the playerset now? It's the biggest drag in our content development at the moment. It has lingered unfinished for ages. Someone at least force the TODO list to be completed, so people have a goal towards which to work. At the moment we don't even know what we want the playerset to be able to portray.
