Looks good. It could use a bit of antialiasing and the death frame.

Make a mantis ticket about adding it to the SVN and hence eventually flowing into game content?

He could be using one of the four other frames as the death frame.

Not necessarily, the front or back frame would work nicely as is. But a dedicated frame that looks like it would be nice.

Just add another image to be used when a character has died. Have a look at some of the other hat sprites for ideas.

If the question was in regard of Mantis, just make an account for yourself and click "report issue".

http://mantis.themanaworld.org/bug_report_page.php

Use your own discretion, but I'd go for Graphics, N/A, Feature, Head, Name of sprite, Request to add the sprite to SVN, no additional information (of course some, if necessary). You will then get emails once someone posts a note on the Mantis issue or if the status of it changes. Handy, eh?

If you use one of the previous spritesheets for hats, we can easily reuse the same xml. It's just a matter of aligning your current sheet to an old one.

So, based on the mantis ticket, is anyone going to help out with getting this into live content or is this just going to sit idle as stuff usually does?
