please change the rules
Dear Sir or Madam,
Please change 'the rules' to acknowledge that TMW does not currently prohibit 'botting' and 'bot-like behaviour'.
Thank you.

Re: please change the rules
I agree. Botting is always reported but never seems to be dealt with.
Re: please change the rules
The moderators require proof before action can be taken, sadly showing proof of a bot in a screenshot is all but impossible. Solution - we need more GMs, probably with limited powers. maybe the power to send someone to jail (I don't think many people could be trusted with the ability ban people)
My concept for a jail map: it consists of one black tile (its a punishment after all)

Re: please change the rules
EP informed me there are currently 4 GM accounts, all of which are inactive players.

Thank you all for your responses.
I'm glad to be informed that steps are being taken to stop bot players.

Re: please change the rules
If someone would fix my ALT GR problem, I could actively GM.

Re: please change the rules
I heard this problem was long time ago fixed and is on SVN.

Re: please change the rules
For OSX yes, for w32 a patch was released only recently (within the last day or so) and I have not yet had time to test it nor do I have a compiling environment set up for that OS base right now. I'll get back to it and the solution seems to be viable.
