Post by zipon »

I made a layout of how i think map 33 shell look like.
The only thing that im not sure of is the exit to the left.

The map will have 2 cave maps the blue and the red dots and they are needet to get to the mountain level.

Please clarify:

Am I right in thinking the black represents barriers (cliffs, etc) and the brown represents a path.

If so, what do the green lines represent?

sorry mate.

You are right about the black lines are cliffs and the brown line is a road.

The green lines are groups of trees, but they do not have to be where they are at right now.

This looks like it should be a very interesting map, with the cave 'maze' type of thing that was done in the desert. Makes it an interesting sort of way to get to the map above 26. =)

Looking forward to seeing the result, good luck.

Please could you indicate which cave entrances are supposed to be linked.

Also, it look like there are to big exits to the west (from higher ground). Is this right?

Hey Shaggy

look at the image at the first post for the cave entrances.

there is only suppose to be one exit in the hills at the north west corner of the map

It looks very interesting...maybe you should add some dirt terrain in among the trees so the forest will look less boring, if you know what I mean

Thank you. I'll try to get the particles in so we can have it in game this weekend.

EDIT: looking over it, there are a few missing collision tiles. Since you have no time, I'll try to finish the map, unless someone else wants to.
