Re: NPC Development
How are they sexual innuendos? They are just cleaning their daggers and scissors with a paper towel/rag.
Lazy bum.
Re: NPC Development

Re: NPC Development
IMO, we should be working on ONE NPC at a time, and getting it finished with high enough quality. All of these animations are not very loopable, we need more stationary frames; for example the npc shifting standing positions, scratching head, looking around.
One finished, would be more useful than a bunch of unfinished ones.

Re: NPC Development
Well no one is saying what I need to fix, but everyone says they need fixing. I can't fix what I don't perceive as a problem
Here is the desert barber:

More neutral frames. (see last quote)All of these animations are not very loopable, we need more stationary frames; for example the npc shifting standing positions, scratching head, looking around.
Your animations all are moving there hands back and forth in front of their manhood...need I explain more?they alternate barber animation is making a movement like he is mastrubating and the trainer npc IS mastrubating...
We need things like this particularly. This one is a good reference:

Re: NPC Development
I'll keep that in mind. But first let me finish the basic form of the sprites.
How's this?

Re: NPC Development
The desert barber looks better with coloured clothes BUT it still looks like a uniform, try to use 2 or 3 colours when drawing clothes (for example the "normal" barber has green and brown colours for the clothes, which is IMO fine). He is still holding the scissor weird.

Looks like he's been shot in the head, and a splotch of blood can be seen on his hat.
