For starters, crop the unnecessary stuff.

What's with the rubbering? The combination of things and your lack of indtroduction kind of makes it look like you erased someone else's signature and posted it here.

Ultimately that is just a bearded man with a hammer and a chisel.

you're right.
I am now working on this character that is real to adapt it as a character for the game.
within a time you teach the character and you explain what is your history.
thanks

Hello everyone, I will explain the history of this character.
the character of the left is real and is a friend of mine from my work.
the story is that always laughs at me because of my age (32) still to play video games.
then thinking about this game I told him I vat to file as a candidate for an online game that was for more time living in one game than me.
save my friend that I'm going to do and this line.
the character of the right is the adaptation of the in-game (nec).
have been many months of work, and that you are missing textures and shadows.me like to help me and I accepted the character.
would appreciate your advice.
thanks.

What do you expect us to use these images for?

They are five times too large to be used as NPC sprites and in a graphical style vastly different from the others.

This drawing is an idea so you can help me improve it and adapt it.
Please do not leave, because I am not a serious artist of the pixel but I am proud to have this character in the game.
give me advice.
thanks.

0. The images you posted look like you are using ms paint. Getting a proper graphic manipulation program and learning how to use it will take some time but increase your productivity a lot on the long run. You should give GIMP or Paint.NET a try. Both are free.
1. Get the player spritesheet (guide)
2. Select one frame of it you want to use as a base for your npc and paste it to a new image
3. Adjust the pose and body shape of the frame a bit (when you feel that you can already pull it off)
4. Draw the clothing, hair and accessories over it
5. Shade the clothes properly (tutorial)
6. Compare it to the other NPC sprites. When it stands out too much think about the reason and fix it.

Where should I start?

1. Straight lines are evil. The human body has no straight lines. When you are drawing a human and you have a ruler in your hand you are doing it wrong.
2. Learn the basics of shading
3. When you are working on a project with other people you should at least try to mimic the style of the others.
4. Everything from my last post

Based critique, but a bit harsh.

At least he is going in the right direction.
