Links to user profiles

When you click on someone's username it takes you to a page displaying their personal profile on the forums. This works on (as far as I can see) every page on the forums except when viewing a thread. It would be handy if you could click on a person's username from within a thread.

Notice that beneath each post, there are buttons. The one labeled "Profile" does that.
