I'm not sure what you mean to show with that idea Elven. In any case I think if you just take the MapleStory website and plug in almost any kind of glowing logo instead of theirs, it'll look pretty good. I do think our green globe looks better than their red leaf.

This is just a quick rendition, it doesn't include all of the navigation/buttons/banners, but I can take the design further if there is interest.

EDIT: Some of the colors appear to be slightly off due to the JPEG compression. The yellow-ish color should be slightly more tan.

That's very cool. I give it 9/10, only because the sidebar looks a bit empty. Maybe a few filler graphics?

Hmm it looks nice. Of course my problem is that I've got the other design which has been in progress and developed over month, taking lots of feedback into account, pretty much ready to be put online now with most of the pages worked out...

Well as I've said before: no layout will be eternal, so we can just stock up the good ones and use them whenever we've gotten bored of the current one?

Hmm I agree entirely. The current website is just ugly and I can roll in the new one probably today. Meanwhile people are free to keep braining the next new website.

I really like the idea you proposed, especially horizontal navigation bar, the wood bar and the font used for the logo, maybe we could replace the current font with that one? (I hope is not something like a copyright font and I hope Hammerbear won't hate me for this comments)

Yeah, I actually envisioned a three column design. I didn't want to spend the time refining the design further if there wasn't interest in it.

Try refreshing it a few times, I don't understand the problem and it doesn't happen all of the time...

Edit: I avoided the use of include there now which should get rid of the problem.

Verious: I don't imagine it would be impossible to achieve that layout by simply altering the CSS of BjÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â¸rn's design, right? I don't see why we couldn't have a little menu off to the side with different layouts, so that every used could choose how they wanted to view the site...

Verious your version is really nice. but make something with the mana world sign on center, it looks odd. i like your conception. its something pretty fresh in case of new website development.

BTW, did Purple cheat for lvl116?

I'm playing for a lot of months now and i'm only lvl20...

Why has a lvl116char 7414 Job Exp when i have 4394?
