I think that there should be a meeting house. For HMC or Developer Meetings. My idea would have notes hanging. One would act like a normal note and list the times of all the people that the house is reserved for. The other would want your own input and you would put a Time and Group. This data would go to the Devs and they would add it to the other note.
The house would have a podium, and lots of space the door would be at the bottom

When we have such a system it should be fully automatically to avoid eating up precious developers time.
