spells should just come up by clicking a button or hitting a key... dont wanna take up any space on screen dont have too all the time

We have the ring menu for spells, no need for a window.

Just to make it clear. None of the developers is seriously considering this layout "sketch", and indeed we already have different plans for choosing magic spell or action, see: http://themanaworld.org/wiki/?MagicSystemGUINotes

In any case I think we're quite far from starting to implement anything like this, it's certainly post 0.0.13.
