Currently the only way to check if someone has been banned etc is to search the abuse forum or the GM logs.

Perhaps a system could be added to TMWWeb which allows GMs to make notes about players and keep track of bans etc.
(not that it would be helpful until 0.1)

On TMWServ you can get a list of all banned accounts with a simple SQL query. Integrating it into TMWWeb would thus be quite easy.
