What do you mean by "Can't regive equipment"? I already saw many users that had their chars deleted and you gave theirs items back. You should think it better because I'm a player like the others and it's not my fault that your game/server is so insecure, how could we believe that it's not gonna happen to another players? I don't believe that I'm asking something that you can't do, at least you should be able to do. I really enjoy this game and would not like to stop playing it because of your neglect with other players, I'm just asking for something that was mine, already and you do nothing. I asked to change my password and you told me that I can't, how could I feel safe in a server like that? I hope you think about it and never forget that without players there's no game.

Things aren't that easy. After all, all your things are barely some characters in a database. If those characters from the database are altered (external or internal way), you can't get the same you had if a a backup wasn't made. I don't think this game has backups right now, as the server is still in development, and the game uses a eA hack to work with this client. Also, think that a large backup would take valuable space, and if they were made daily, the server would fall in a week or less.

Also, it's just a game, take more care of your own security before saying it's fault of the own server. eAthena has little or no secutiry holes and, if TMW detected them, they would repair them ASAP.

We can regive levels if they are listed or if we got a screenshot of them. But for the items/money, if they are lost, nothing we can do about it.. Sorry

Sorry, but we can't. Not we don't want, but we can't. Too hard to prove what each player have in his inventory. So we cant regive such.
