I suggest board administrators post news to the homepage of "The Mana World" website more frequently, to show visitors how active the project really is. I think this would further improve overall interest in the project.

I think you should add a seperate column where the admins may post news that way if people dont visit the forums much they can see the top updates so far.

i think its fine i mean theres been alot of updates of the game and they are giving us news at least once a month there busy trying to give us the next release so i think there doing a good job as it is

Well a sidebar in which there would be the 5-10 latest active topics would be nice, but really: just read the forums, you cannot all be THAT lazy..

It's not so much for existing members as it is for prospective members, to show them that this is an active community.
