- Wombat has reinstated himself as "Primary Leader" and Wombat is now in charge of the Los Viscerales website which can be found at: http://losviscerales.webs.com
- Los Viscerales now has players on three different servers. Though we still concentrate our efforts on The Mana World's official server, we also have players in Aethyra's server and BBB's (BaseBallBoy's) server.
- Our new guild email address is: losviscerales@yahoo.com We encourage all players that want to participate with us to join, though almost everything we do is open to all within the player community to enjoy without becoming a member.
- 00:30 UTC TMW Woodland Mine Raids were a success and will be repeated weekly. Please show up to Hurnscald Town Center Friday Nights/Saturday Mornings (Depending on Time Zone) to enjoy. This raid lasts around a 1/2 hour.
- 20:00 UTC Saturdays Crusaders versus Warlords PvP continues to run strong. Show up to Hurnscald Town Center ahead of time because we move promptly to Tulimshar, touch the Soul Menhir and the PvP battle begins! Crusaders vs Warlords lasts around a 1/2 hour
- 22:00 UTC Saturdays at Dimond's Cove, Los Viscerales will continue holding our meetings. At meetings we can discuss the many things that are guild related. Updates on the website, raids, quests, PvP, stats, activities, events, guild relations and so on can be discussed at our meetings. While social occasions are more than welcome, we also understand that meetings are often an interruption when actually playing the game might be preferred, so we try to make meetings brief and to the point. At meetings, we always open the floor up to members new and old as well as non-members for feedback and suggestions on ways we can make our guild and the game as interesting and fun as we can. Therefore our meetings are open for anyone to attend and influence how our guild operates in the game world. Meetings last around a 1/2 hour
- At 23:00 UTC this Saturday (June 6th 2009), Dimond is hosting a Treasure Hunt. Gather outside of Dimond's Cove to participate. This event is scheduled for an hour.
- Sundays at 20:00 UTC in Tulimshar, Los Viscerales will attempt a scheduled new player helping event. We invite everyone to participate. We will gather as many "red slime" drops as we can to give to new players to help them get a jump start on the game while at the same time raiding the South of Tulimshar Desert Mine to gather resources during this time slot. Event lasts around 1 hour, please come and help with us!
- Tuesdays at 23:00 UTC gather in Hurnscald to launch Snake Pit Raids with us! We move from Hurnscald to Tulimshar, touch the Soul Menhir then move rapidly to the South Entrance of Hat Maker's Cave (aka the Snake Pit). Fun can be had by all who are able to participate. Recommended level 50 and up.
- Los Viscerales has created a new Kudos system for its members. In the future, it might be possible to exchange kudos points for items, presently members are encouraged to collect kudos and participate in our new ranking system. Enjoy your kudos, you have earned them!
- We have a new IRC chat located at irc.freenode.net. The channel name is simply #LV. Come chat with us, members regularly log in and socialize with each other.

- During the weekend, Los Viscerales past the 50+ mark on our membership. We now have over 50 members and we are still growing fast. We'd like to thank all our members and others that have come to our events and activities and would like to continue to expand with more participants and organizers interested in enriching the game experience with an open variety of things to do. If you are interested in joining Los Viscerales, please email: losviscerales@yahoo.com. Submit your character name, your level and optionally you can submit what might interest you in Los Viscerales participation.
- To better fit our schedules, we are especially interested in hearing about times when others would like to get involved. Should an event seem too early or late, we'd like to know how to fit your schedule into ours. We are also interested in all suggestions and feedback about how we are doing. Feel welcome to leave comments on this forum, in our forum or email us. If you want to have a chat with some of our members, we have members that regularly participate on our IRC chat at irc.freenode.net. Our channel is simply #LV.
- The first scheduled raid on Hatmaker's Cave aka the Snake Pit was a success. Wombat, goestin and Beau gathered in Hurnscald and left shortly after 23:00 UTC to Tulimshar, touched the Soul Menhir and quickly died at the front door of the south entrance of the Snake Pit. Unperturbed, we re-rallied at the north entrance and gained the assistance of Dean Wean and charged through the doorway. We quickly benefitted from the party system to keep track of each other, with only a few minor deaths
and we never lost momentum. Wombat is bottomlining the 16th and the 23rd of June for more Snake Pit Raids at 23:00 UTC. This event lasts around a 1/2 hour. Stay tuned to our news for more reportbacks and check the calendar for more activities and events from Los Viscerales!

This event lasts for around a 1/2 hour.
- Los Viscerales Meetings on the 13th and the 20th, Saturdays at 22:00 UTC. At our meetings we discuss guild related updates before opening the floor to discussion on what is going on with players and the game. Meetings last around a 1/2 hour. - The "Tulimshar Helper Raids" were another success. Many people decided to come out and give a hand to the new players by raiding the south desert mine, collecting various drops and giving them to New Players in and around Tulimshar. Many of the new players were grateful for the assistance and the helpers seemed to of enjoyed themselves. We will hold one more "Tulimshar Helper Raid" next week on the 14th at 20:00 UTC. This event is a social occasion, so we will be on and off the raiding during this event scheduled for about an hour.

A few new developments.
- Los Viscerales now has over 60 members. To join, just speak with Wombat in game or email losviscerales@yahoo.com. You can also drop a line on our irc.freenode.net channel, it is simply #LV or post in our forums.
- The meeting on the 20th has been canceled and we won't have another guild meeting until July at our new meeting day and time. Next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1st at 18:00 UTC. Meet in Hurnscald then move to the Hurnscald Inn.
- However, we will have a Quiz on Saturday the 20th starting at 15:00 UTC. There will be another on the 27th. Meet in Hurnscald (forest town) and then the quiz will be given in Nivalis (winter town). Namikaze and Orochimaru are bottomlining the quiz, so bring your good spirits and your thinking caps!
- Snake Pit Raids will continue on Tuesday the 16th and the 23rd at 23:00 UTC.
- Woodland Mine Raids will continue Friday Night/Saturday Morning (depending on time zone) at 03:00 UTC on the 19th and the 26th.

Thank you very much to all who participated in todays raid June 19th 2009 at 00:30 UTC! We began promptly after 00:30 UTC and moved towards the left room after the two skulls from the main entrance. We followed this with an attack on the room before the JackO, then moved on the JackO then back, then we moved back on the left room after the two skulls and ended with an assault on the Skull Room. Thanks to all for coming and a special thanks to Capitan Awesome (GM) who made the announcement before we launched! Next week we will have a Snake Pit Raid at 23:00 UTC on Tuesday and another raid on the North Woodland Mine at 00:30 on Friday. Here are some photos from the event:

Response to Recent Problems: June 27th 2009
- Due to BaseBallBoy's Server (BBBS) compromising characters on TMW, I feel it is no longer in our guild interest to support this server. I have removed all links to BBBS and BaseBallBoy from (Aethyra) leadership in the guild until further notice.
- Due to a Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) most of this past week's events were canceled. We apologize if you were interested in showing for them. We hope that such occurrences become less common and it hurts the entire gaming community when nefarious and malicious behaviors from some (former) players disrupt the games we enjoy.
- Los Viscerales is working on several new features we will launch sometime next week, which we will keep you updated on. One of them will be a system for expelling members from the guild that engage in unethical behaviors the guild can no longer tolerate in the game. This may include, but isn't limited to: Scamming players and/or their passwords, being suspected of creating some sort of attack on the games we play, botting and being at the keyboard but ignoring players who suspect them of botting and holding a role in our group but behaving unaccountable to the guild leadership's requests on that role. This is being done out of respect for honest players and to encourage a more fair game experience.
- Dimond and LV Donation Char (DDS) have been removed from their roles in Los Viscerales. Dimond has failed to assist Los Viscerales leadership in requests for altering the forums, thus failing in her role to maintain the guild forum in a manner that would further the goals of Los Viscerales. Dimond's other character, LV Donation Char (DDS), has been removed from her role as official Los Viscerales donations character due to a lack of response on moving member donations to Los Viscerales leadership to ensure the safety of member donations, effectively stealing items from Los Viscerales members. Dimond's roles may be reinstated with a written apology to the guild and holding herself more accountable in the future to its leadership, as well as returning all items taken through donations to a more accountable donations character for our guild.
- Our current forum has been removed and we will have no general guild forum until further notice. Please use this forum to discuss TMW related issues or email losviscerales@yahoo.com to discuss issues related to the guild with its leadership.

- Los Viscerales will hold guild meetings the 1st and the 8th of July (Wednesdays) at 18:00 UTC. Gather in Hurnscald Town Center then move to the Hurnscald Inn to begin. We will discuss both guild and game related issues. Meetings typically last about a 1/2 hour.
- Los Viscerales has scheduled TMW player community meetings the 15th, the 22nd and the 29th of July (Wednesdays) at 18:00 UTC. The meetings will be held in Hurnscald Town Center. We will discuss player organized events and how players can more easier organize and participate in events that enrich our gaming experience. Bring your ideas with you!
- After our meetings on Wednesdays throughout July, we will host a variety of raids. Meet in Hurnscald Town Center at 19:00 UTC and we will launch a few minutes afterwards. We'd like to test the party features of the game, so please be willing to invite players into your parties so we can keep in touch as we launch our raids. Raiding targets will be announced once people have gathered.

Dimond has returned all items available plus many of her own and we thank her for helping us out. Here is our current item bank. We won't be accepting new donations until a new donations character has been established. All issues regarding donations have been resolved.

End of July 2009 Update
For the month of July we've lost a lot of momentum due to various problems, mainly related to the ddos attacks and scheduling conflicts. Our last meeting saw low turnout, but at the meeting it was decided to use our time to enjoy the game, help members and non-members on their quests and attend what events we could rather than organize them.
LV has also signed a compact to world with other guilds on player etiquette to encourage members of all guilds to enjoy the game. Most people that join guilds are looking for fellow travelers in the game, so they join guilds for social reasons. It is often discouraging when some players treat honest players poorly, chasing players out of the game at times because they get tired of dealing with what they see as ugliness in the game. While this system isn't completely formalized, if you see a player (LV or not) treating others well, please report it and we will commend them for their behavior. We all want to see more leadership in this game from all players that want to step up and take on such roles.
For August, I may have scheduling problems related to work and projects I put time into, so I won't schedule anything. Instead, I will sponsor LV participation in other open events and grant kudos to members that email screenshots of their participation in them. Email losviscerales@yahoo.com with your screenshots or post an update in the "Player Talk" forums at forums.themanaworld.org.
One of the projects I'm working on is related to getting a better understanding of how to help with the creation of quests in the game. LV is also officially sponsoring "The Alternate World" server, in addition to TMW's official server and Aethyra. You can log onto The Alternate World with TMW client at server.thealternateworld.org and stay up to date with the world at http://www.thealternateworld.org.
If you'd like to participate (more) in Los Viscerales, I am willing to add more events and leadership roles to those that are willing to take them on. Email LV if this is something you are interested in.

End of August 2009
Goestin, a regular player on TMW's official server has been promoted to LV's TMW leader. Wombat will remain the primary leader, but is taking a break from day-to-day guild activities, but will continue to keep the site up to date. We want to work towards offering more events and activities, helping more players finish their quests and so on. If you are interested in doing any events, please contact us and we'll do what we can to assist you and get support up for it.
Thanks to everyone who attended "The Undertaker" TMW trivia Q and A event. The winner of the event recieved several items after a three way tiebreaker. In the future, we hope to do more games like this and we hope to offer more prizes for 2nd and 3rd place.
We are also proud to sponsor "The Alternate World" as a great unofficial server with a unique take on the game. In other news, Trunks has been removed from the guild for stealing Dean Ween's (another LV member) password and items. We find such behavior unacceptable and wish the best to Dean Ween to getting whatever he can back from this deplorable action. Thank you Bjorn for helping Dean Ween with this situation, which we hope will get solved swiftly.
Wombat, Primary Leader of Los Viscerales
Goestin, a regular player on TMW's official server has been promoted to LV's TMW leader. Wombat will remain the primary leader, but is taking a break from day-to-day guild activities, but will continue to keep the site up to date. We want to work towards offering more events and activities, helping more players finish their quests and so on. If you are interested in doing any events, please contact us and we'll do what we can to assist you and get support up for it.
Thanks to everyone who attended "The Undertaker" TMW trivia Q and A event. The winner of the event recieved several items after a three way tiebreaker. In the future, we hope to do more games like this and we hope to offer more prizes for 2nd and 3rd place.

In other news, Trunks has been removed from the guild for stealing Dean Ween's (another LV member) password and items. We find such behavior unacceptable and wish the best to Dean Ween to getting whatever he can back from this deplorable action. Thank you Bjorn for helping Dean Ween with this situation, which we hope will get solved swiftly.
