[WIP] Trousers Development

Well, first of all, I think Shorts look horrible, not to mention the fact that they make you look like a n00b (not sure why, but they do). So I took it into my head to have a go at pixel art (eek!) and create a trousers animation. Here's my prototype so far:

Yeah, okay, okay, so it looks a bit funny. It took me 20 seconds. I'm going back to work on it more now...

It looks great so far, but it needs a little bit more dark colors on the sides of the bell-bottoms.

Please forgive me for doing this, but I just had to.

Omigosh. He's like some kind of rock star!
That's great. I've got two layers in my image (entitled with inventiveness, Trousers and Trousers 2) - that one and another which doesn't splay outward at the bottom so much. I have to go now but I'll attach it tomorrow maybe. I've done Standing facing forward, Sitting facing left and Dead facing... resurrection.
I didn't think I was any good at pixel art but if I do say so myself it looks quite good for a twenty second sketch.
