What's going on with the main server???

Soon after I joined a new server I heard the main server was down. So I tried logging in and it said some sort of error. I really like this new server, but how can I get all my items back?? I have a topic of all my items that were for sale. I never got to sell anything before the server shut down. So please, tell me how to do so.

Many people run private servers. We have instructions for doing so on the wiki. Please remember to not use the same credentials on other servers as you do on other servers.

Username/password. If you do, the keeper of the server can just take those and do whatever with them. (Yes, that also includes us, but you seem to trust us and we've so far done nothing to break your trust.)

It won't matter if you use different credentials on different servers.
