[FND] Pachua Redo

I fixed up the Pachua NPC to match the character sprite like the other npc's

It's nicely done, but I prefer the original. I also don't understand what's wrong with the original that motivates you to redo it.

A lot of the nice details on his clothes just get completely lost in the new version. If you want to draw an NPC, why not work on a new one instead?

I was just trying to get pachua to match the player sprite like what has happened to a lot of the more recent NPCs to create a more uniform look to the game. Plus I agree a larger NPC does allow for more detail to be seen. As for why I did it was because I would rather it be me who changed pachua then someone else.

Come on now, he is making our content guideline comformant and you're shooting him down?

Sure, it might not be as nice as it used to be, but it is now up for the spec we've been pushing for.

Conflicting, but healthy, IMO.
