Why do I keep bumping into the same people in TMW???

Yes, theres only a small number of people playing, so you will bump into the same people.

I keep bumping into all the same people in Hurnscald Central Square, mainly because many of them are there 24/7

Actually, I think it's neat that it's so small. In a way. I mean, obviously it would be better for the game if more people played it, but with a big game (say, Runescape - though I hate that) you never ever meet people again, unless you add them as a friend. It's cool to walk into Hurnscald and - Hey, you! Hey, him! And you know who they are, and you see them around, and you say - hey, how are you? What level are you now? Or whatever. It's great.

nice answers I hate runescape for the same reason even though I am the bomb at it but I stopped palying because my bro got sick of it and blocked it and my proxys don't work with the java that it has to download everytime , I don't care this game is 100 times better and its cool knowing just about everyone that plays even though I only bin here for yea 2 weeks

I also like it that you bump into the same people over and over again. Btw, I also hate RuneScape. I had a good account on it but then it got boring, then I quit. I like TMW a lot better since when you meet the same people over and over again, you basically know everyone.

Yes! It seems all of us love TMW for the same reason. 'Course, the people who DON'T like it don't play, but that's not really the point, is it? What the point is is, TMW is great, I love, you love it, it's great and I'm also wondering what I can do to help... simple pixelling jobs and mapping, preferably.

TMW is a non-profit project. We will try everything to keep the official server free to play. But the license agreements of TMW do not deny commercial use, so when someone wants to create a server which is better than the official one but is p2p, has an item mall or some other source of income they are free to do so.

But Most Of The Time Games Start Out Like That, Then They Progressively Become P2P, Which Is Understandable, I Mean You Need Money For MAterials, Keeping The Website Up And To Keep The Servers Running, It Always Happens To Small People Or Small Companies, This Really Good Game Called Dofus Was Made 3 Years Back By 6 People And It Was Completely F2P, But Now Its Becoming P2P, Im Just Scared That The Makers Wont Have A Choice And Theyll Make TMW P2P, Sorry To Be Pessimiste But You Got To Face It, Money Is Necessary And It Doesnt Grow on Trees
