Well, as this isn’t a popularity contest with all that come with that... I think thanks/reputation systems belong in other places.

What would be nice though is to be able to quickly tag your original (first) post in certain forums. For instance one could tag [SOLVED] in the Support forums and [REQ], [WIP], [GIT] etc in the content forums.
