its the hole in the skirt sprite left when someone tried to fix it so it did not cover up the female player sprites boobs. I have told people about this months ago and said we should have male and female sprite sheets to fix this but no one has done anything with this and I'm sure we have now lost the original sprite sheet that did not have a hole in it and now will have to fix it by hand *sigh*.
