Adding a picture from your PC:
Use the "Upload Attachment" section below the box where you write your posting to select an image file from your computer and upload it.

Adding a picture from the web:
Get the address of the picture (on most browsers you can find something like "copy image address" in the context menu when you right-click on a picture). You can put it in a posting like this:

Removing accidental postings you made:
Use the button in the lower right corner of your posting.
