Can't play TMW again 'til late September, I hope your TradeBot is still running when I'm home!

Tradebots should be fine as long as they don't overwhelm the server or otherwise diminish the gameplay of others but that is just my interpretation of the opinion of those in charge

Lots of people in game are Merchants and one brought up a good point.

I do know it's approved and I personally don't have a problem with it and even love Mr TradeBot.. but the person's point was, isnt' that still AFK activity?

Instead of a programmed bot to well afk fighting bot, it's programed to trade. Some may not think that's a big advantage, but it could be. Merchants spend all day on the game to trade and trade and maybe make profit while the owner of TradeBot can be afk the whole day but get this done.

Then get your own bot, somebody is building a tradebot that is accessible within the client itself, so it wouldn't even require much technical know how.

Just saying, maybe rules shouldn't be bent.. btw is the tradebot being built into the client going to be official? Or unofficial like Qoal's client.

The trade bot isnt there right now I went there too try it because I just read about what it is for so I thought to try it and it is not in the bank/general store/selim area where I'd usually see it. Is it banned?

I think its only online when turmfalke is around.
