[REQ] Port town addons
Forum rules
This forum houses many years of development, tracing back to some of the earliest posts that exist on the board.
Its current use is for the continued development of the server and game it has always served: TMW Classic.
[REQ] Port town addons
As some of you might already noticed, I'm working on small ship to diversify our port town. But ship is just a small part of real port scenery. So I managed to make a request for some addons:
- boxes, crates, chests, barrels, etc (all kind of port cargo)
- cranes (to pick up net with fishes)
- piles of fresh fishes
- life belt
- everything what may be helpful to diversify scenery
Also specific NPCs:
- fisherman
- tax officer
- fish seller
This [REQ] isn't urgent. So if you can concentrate on other topics. Here is some wood textures and resources, that may be useful.
And this one is really tillable is some vertical and horizontal cases, so use this wisely :) I will post some floor tiles in next topic (because of attachments limit)

I'll throw this out there as another small bit:
A lighthouse is written into the story on a tiny island off of the port. Lower priority than anything else, but an attractive lighthouse would be very cool to have (beautiful on the outside, harboring not so beautiful things inside... )

It's good baseline to pixelate. You may use the same technique like mine (look at port city topic)

I like this shape, it only need the top part of the lighthouse, I'm posting just a example on how can you use this outlines

Just testing. As you can see, there is still some glitches.
Top of tower will be more spiky and twisted in other side (I made a mistake this time ;/ )

Anyway I guess by glitches, you're referring to the repetitive and sharp patterns in the right part

Ok, here is the pixelated base ,
maybe windows, doors and ornaments are the next step, for the moment I'll work in the top design

Probably there's the need for a solid basement where we can easily place a door for the entrance

Vertically tilable with one tile period (instead of 2)
