'whane' banned for AFK healing

Maybe put a Soul Menhir near the cemetery (i think all will agree that is a looong walk from town) and put whane there, like Confused tree is Hurnscald Soul menhir. whane could be the bothealer in that new soul menhir.

If there is going to be some bot healing at every soul menhir, then what is the point of being resurrected with half health?

I understand your point in just making a sugestion. Confused Tree in Hurnscald is a great help so whane can help in cemetery or near by. We resurrected with half life in Hurnscald too and we have been used Tree all this time and noone complain. The same way Elanora hels in Tulimshar the lower lvls and is great.
But the desicion is not our, we can just put ideas on the table.

Healing someone who recently spawned won't give level exp. Healing someone who just killed a monster will.

Just wanted to thow my two cents in and say that I gave up being a mage as I couldnt level....whane was healing EVERYONE in the cave and I couldnt earn any XP any ohter way (well, not enough, anyway). Now thats theres more than 1 advanced grinding area (i.e. the graveyard), I can go heal elsewhere, but having a bot really affects gameplay....As far as suggestions, I dont have any...

what kind of people play this game, seriously?
*they want some afk char auto healing them
*they want no death drawbacks
*they rather the best items be easy to get event items than hard to get drops
*they want their class to be uber and the game to be broken for them

on reset : Lvl 1 spells are possible, level two spells is a no no. .

I was thinking of staying in Humscald / Timulshar for a while and see if a better gameplay is achieved without the use of auto_heal in the graveyard or skull cave. Well,It would be nice to restore newly dead player with #inma and #betsanc if asked. .

I am currently lvl 96 and would rather to give up 1 level (about 40KK xp ) to have whane with his skill levels untouch.
What heppened on the reset was an error/mistake.

level 1? basically like creating a new char but keeps all equip?

i will do a delete and recreate.

what i'm hiding is : (whane still has his Magic Xp points which is great).
NB: Getting back all job levels on the same char makes it easier as not to do over the magic quests as , the magic xp is sufficient to obtain lvl 2 magic with perfect control without practicing.

that's the purpose of preserving the job reset, however, everything has to do-over

I think it's simply because of the base level of the character. I remember having the same message when I tried to get my magician character to magic lv2. It worked as soon as I had reached level 30.

But in my opinion, having a healing bot is not a good idea. Not only does it take others' experience (I've had the problem with my mage character too), but it also kind of ruins the game. It makes it boring, like other games with cheats.

I once put a cheat on a DS game... It got boring, and I haven't really played it since, even though I've deleted the save file and started again without the cheat... I just don't enjoy it anymore.

I REALLY don't want that to happen to TMW, which is one of my favourite games, maybe even my favourite.

I think you are missing the point here. The point IS that the character "whane" is gaining xp by healing since it is sitting on a spot where many people have killed monsters and got hurt. The Confused Tree does not, since blah....Jaxad already said that!

The fact that it is gaining xp while you are afk is the bad thing. It is NOT about stealing afk from others!

Fighting while being afk is not allowed, since you're gaining xp. The same thing applies to afk healing.

Is it possible to remove the exp gain for healing from whane? Or would that be too complicated?
