nice! looks good!
imo it just needs 1 small thing ..if you change how light the "wing closed" frame is ..it would give the wings depth as they move..just a idea

looks good to me
back to working on---> (crypt)then(player 1.5) and more. *been on hold do to my laptop being fix* any feel free to add/help. ill be up and working as soon as i can ...good luck to all.

I like this how it is :) if other graphics producers would like to make variants of butterfly's I'm sure TMW wont mind.

The perspective is not right. The first row and third row should not have the same height.

I think any perspective issues in the still frames are nicely hidden when looking at the fluttering effect of the animation.

Forcing strict perspective on something this small and especially something that moves would probably result in loss of detail of movement for the animation which covers for this slight slip in correctness, IMO.

If someone proves me wrong, I'll probably be a happy man for the pixel talent displayed.

It was asked to have done with these size requirements from Irc, most of my work is mentioned on irc before i make it. Whatever Rotonen has in mind for it im fine with or even if one of the other developers has an idea

:!: Attention this is a possible spoiler that had been mentioned on irc themanaworld :!:

It was said that the butterfly could be attached to a "monster" as a particle effect. Sounds like they were shooting for it to be a monster but it would be neat i think how they would or were they would do this. (and omg kage don't say eathena cant support it but mana-serv can) //sorry just notice you have ben doing that lately lol//

I was thinking about using it as a none attackable creature in WOA (decoration)

If someone finds a use for it on eA, good for them.

So far this is not in any of my plans for any CR yet since I've yet to come across a meadow where I'd like to have butterflies.

Hi,

I'd be for adding it in eAthena. (Good for me ;) ).

Making the wood be a little more alive woudn't hurt.

Plus, later on, in TMWserv, having a quest where you have to catch butterflies with a net could be really refreshing.
The only question i'm asking is: Can we make it a non-attacker, and non-touchable one, like an empty NPC?

So, +1 in eA world for me.

Best regards.

NPCs can't move with eA, also, it would be a bad idea to have many empty NPCs

We can make it non-attacker, and doesn't fight back, much like the silk worm, but as far as not being able to be attacked to outside the realm of possibilities with eA

Unless someone wants to add a bit for it.
