Could you make bottom part two times taller? (~64px) We could add some details there like small basement windows.

But... there won't be enough room in there for anybody... oh wait, this is a MMORPG. Silly me thinking stuff had to be the right size on the outside.

Anyway, it does look really nice. And I suppose if it was too big it wouldn't all fit on the screen...

anyway, I do like it very much.

There were windmills in real life which were not large enough to go into them. Having an accessible interior is not necessarily required. Unless of course we want it to for story reasons (has there ever been a game with a dungeon in a windmill?).

Why does it have windows if you can't get in it?

big stone? small stone? none?
I think I will chose the small one.

A door? Yep, there is one, but you can's see it, she is on the other side. Maybe one day she will come in front.

Small stones. ;)

And one more thing. We will try to animate wings of this windmill. So try to put in one file only main windmill building. Wings (3 frames animation) should be in separate file. I insist on animating wings because we do not have opportunity to test our animation engine in production environment. I may do wings on my own if you feel that may be too much for you.

Yes please, if you have time for that. I tried some but the result was sooo dirty...
(plus, I don't know how works the 'animation engine')

It took me about 1 hour from scratch. It doesn't posses proper shading. As name suggest it's only test. First of all 4 frames to do that kind of animation is too low. I think that 8~10 would be the winner in this matter. Although we must rethink and make a compromise between quality of animation and frame count. Every frame has 6x5 tiles, so 4 frames animation has 120 tiles in total, 10 frames of this animation would have 300.

Note: original PNG's have 8bit alpha. This is only GIF preview.

EDIT: Almost forgot...this is my first animation ;/

EDIT2: 8 frames animation + 1 bit alpha + reversed order

@ i:

first of all..very nice work!!

second: what about a 5 blades mill?..I think it will lower the jerky feeling and it could come with less frames 'couse of the lowering of the space between the blades..

You can make even million blades mill. That was the fastest what I could draw.
And here is quick and dirty preview:

I am aware that wings are not shaded properly, and that they differs from main building.
Now we will wait for IvanMorve for finishing his main building.
