There is, it should be the default client you downloaded when you started playing TMW.

The stable version of the official client can be downloaded on the download page. The sourcecode for the latest development snapshot of the official client can be obtained from the manasource git repository.

Nightly builds of latest development client can be found at the nightlies link at the top of every forum.
