Is switching fullscreen working now? It works fine here in Linux/OpenGL.

For Windows we'll probably need to write a mechanism that reloads all OpenGL texture data after switching.

This problem has been worked around now by requiring a restart when switching from windowed to fullscreen or back. However, as this was working fine in GNU/Linux, I think we should only require this on Windows. I'm assuming it'll work fine on Mac as well.
