Where do I ask about a forgotten password?

Send a PM to Jaxad or Freeyorp. Be prepared to have some proof that the account that you want the password for is yours (and no - I don't know what they ask).

Remember if the account has been unused for over 6 months it might have been purged - and there is no recovery from that.

You will have to prove you own the account. That is and should not be easy. I think your account is lost, you partner in game is gone.
