Glitch in Item names
When i click on [Bottle of Water] i get headband status instead of water bottle status.

I think this bug happened because of bug in item_db.txt, or in client.

The client knows nothing about the server sided item_db.txt, so it has no relevance here.
It's very easy to pothole/spoof item links. By providing and formatting a valid item id in the message, an item link can be added to any phrase.
If this was not caused by an external source, instead by using add to chat for an item or similar measure, I do not get this behaviour using the mana client locally. If this was the case, try again without any third-party modifications present and let us know if it still happens.
